The record carries employment, time and benefits, development and activity on one page. Changes are effective-dated: the promotion above takes effect on 23 October, waits for approval, and never rewrites what was true before it.

Know what needs attention. Do it from there.

HelmRow keeps three things distinct: Updates tell you something arrived, To do holds the work itself, and Requests is the queue a team works. Every row carries its action.

For an employee

Sam’s To do lists five items from across HelmRow, due date first. A supervisor entered time on his behalf, so that row’s action is Review & certify; the documents row opens the two waiting for his signature.

For a supervisor

Marcus’s Team page opens on the approval inbox: Nadia certified 88 hours for the period, and Review opens her timesheet for a decision. Below it, team time status shows recorded against expected hours, with late entries and open earlier periods called out.

Accountable timekeeping, without making people fight their timesheet.

Employees enter decimal hours against the charge codes they are authorized to use, certify the period under a second factor, and a supervisor who cannot edit their time approves it. Every step stays on the record.

Authorized labor

The charge-code picker offers only the codes a person may charge, inside their effective window.

Accountable approval

Certification and approval are different people, each under a second factor. A supervisor can reject or ask a question, never edit.

Traceable change

A correction is a new revision with a reason. The original stays, and a withdrawn certification says so on the employee’s own timesheet.
